Welcome to the Philippines Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA), a leading voice in the promotion and development of solar energy and storage solutions in the Philippines.
Established in 2010, PSSEA is a non-profit organization that brings together key stakeholders in the solar industry. Our members include panel manufacturers, project developers, contractors, funders, rooftop installers, and offtakers, all working together to advance the adoption of solar energy and storage solutions in the Philippines.

As a dialogue partner of the Department of Energy, PSSEA is at the forefront of policy development an rulemaking on renewables. We are committed to creating a regulatory environment that supports the growth of the renewable energy industry in the Philippines, promoting sustainable economic development and protecting our precious natural resources.

MARIA THERESA “TETCHI” CRUZ CAPELLAN is a newly elected Secretary-General of Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association, founder and Chairperson of Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance, CEO and President of SunAsia Energy Inc. and a former Undersecretary of Department of Agriculture.
Ping Mendoza

President and board member of the Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA) and is currently working on developing Shell’s renewable generation business in the Philippines.
Robert Pereja
Vice President for Rooftop and Board of Trustees
He has over 20 years of experience in the Energy Sector. He has been with companies like Petron Corporation, Meralco, and MSpectrum, Inc. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of PAVI Green Renewable Energy Inc., handling both utility scale and solar rooftops.
Mike De Guzman
Vice President for Net Metering and Board of Trustees
He is the President of Solaric Corp. aggressively Installing MW of Solar PV in the rooftop space. Established large market share in residential and commercial PV. Advising National Government regarding RE policy in Senate Energy committee and consumer rights for RE adaptation and implementation.
Jason Soberano
Vice President for Utilities and Board of Trustees
He is currently the Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer of SN Aboitiz Power. He leads the business development team in identifying, screening, selecting, developing, and implementing renewable energy projects and other emerging technologies that can be integrated into the company’s existing asset portfolio.
Colin Steley
Vice President for Storage and Board of Trustees
He is the founder and Chief Sustainability Officer of Stratcon.ph with over 17 years’ working in Southeast Asia. Positively leading cross-functional local teams with an extensive personal and professional network.
Atty Klaryss Erodias
Corporate Secretary
She is the Corporate Secretary of Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance. She is a graduate Juris Doctor from University of Batangas; Passed the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations.
