September 7-8 2026. The Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA) strengthened its engagement with key climate and business networks through separate meetings with the ClimateWorks Foundation and Race to Net Zero on 7 and 8 September.
The PSSEA Secretariat met with ClimateWorks Foundation on 7 September to discuss the Alliance’s policy priorities, workplan, strategic goals, and potential areas for collaboration. The discussion provided an opportunity to explore how partnerships can support PSSEA’s ongoing policy and industry engagement.
On 8 September, PSSEA met with Race to Net Zero to explore opportunities for collaboration among industry associations and business chambers. Discussions focused on building stronger platforms for knowledge exchange, private-sector engagement, and collective action around clean energy and climate priorities.
Together, these engagements reflect PSSEA’s approach to building partnerships beyond the solar industry, connecting policy, business, and climate networks to strengthen collective action. Collaboration with organizations working across these areas can help broaden industry perspectives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and create additional avenues for private-sector participation.
What’s next: PSSEA will continue discussions with both organizations to identify concrete areas for collaboration, including knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement, and initiatives that support the Alliance’s policy priorities and strategic goals.
